Our Business

My husband and I decided that we would open our own business doing the things we love. I love teaching others about yoga and he loves teaching various forms of martial arts.  Our business is about community and connecting with people. Our motto; Strengthen your Body,  Open your Mind, Enhance your Life.  We believe through the practice of yoga and/or martial arts you can do just that. One location for a total growth experience.
