Classes for beginners and those looking to build foundational skills, incorporating open-heartedness, alignment, and playfulness. Cultivate strength as you learn fundamental yoga poses. The level I-II will challenge the beginner and refine the experienced.
Expand your experience in the physical and mystical aspects of yoga asana (poses). Deeper poses will be taught through a perceptive sequence to lead you safely into the challenge. Also an opportunity to uplift and refine your inner strength and awareness.
VINYASA POWER: A practice to experience sun salutations, standing and seating series followed with inversions and twists. If you are looking for more of a workout try this fun flowing class. (All levels welcome)
PRENATAL: Expecting mothers come to a class to connect with others that are going through similar physical, emotional, and energetic changes. There will be movement, breathing, and open discussions. Learn yoga postures to strenghthen and stretch and breath and relaxation techniques.
FAMILY YOGA: The first Sunday of each month you can learn ways to stretch your body through fun and creative postures and use your breath to focus and calm your minds. Come to this class ready to play, use your imaginations, relax, and best of all be together as a family. (Age 3-11 plus adults)
TODDLER OPEN GYM: A place to run, jump, stretch,breath, and meet new friends. Bring your little ones and come play. We will incorporate circle time with songs, yoga, and games too. You can get a great stretch in, a good conversation, and maybe get your heart rate up too while your little one does the same. (Age 1-4yrs.)
