These are just a few questions that you may have about yoga. Never feel like you can't ask for more information or ask other questions.
Viniyoga™ is an ancient Sanskrit term that implies differentiation, adaptation, and appropriate application. As a style of practice, Viniyoga™ refers to an approach to Yoga that adapts the various means and methods of practice to the unique condition, needs and interests of the individual. As a result, each practitioner is given the tools to individualize and actualize the process of self-discovery and personal transformation.
The Viniyoga™ approach evolved out of the teachings transmitted by T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar of Chennai, India.

“The art of Anusara yoga is a co-participation with the Supreme—not a practice of domination, subjugation, or control of Nature. The poses in Anusara yoga are considered to be “heart-oriented,” meaning that they are expressed from the “inside out.” Instead of trying to control the body and mind from the outside, the poses originate from a deep creative and devotional feeling inside. On our mat, we endeavor to always remember the spiritual purpose or highest intention of practicing hatha yoga, including reconnecting with our innate Goodness and expressing ourselves from that Divine place.” (Description taken from anusara.com John Friend founder of anusara website.)
If you are just starting out I would suggest you take the Yoga Basics class if it fits with your schedule or any of the Level I & II or All Levels classes. Make sure to tell the teacher if this is your very first yoga class.
A private session is a great way to aquaint yourself with some basic yoga terminology, postures, and breath work. These sessions will give you individual attention and a sequence just for you. Private sessions can build your confidence for attending group classes.
Limber Yoga will provide all equiptment necessary including a yoga mat, blanket, blocks, straps, and bolsters. You may decide to bring your own mat and other props if you prefer. A water bottle might be nice too.
Where something comfortable that you are able to move freely in. Possibly exercise pants and a tee shirt. You don't have to have perfect "yoga attire" to do yoga, but jeans or a skirt would not be appropriate.
