I could say many things about Aubrey and her approach to teahing yoga, but these three things always rise to the surface; Aubrey is knowledgeable about yoga and the body and how to make postures accessible to everyone. Aubrey honors the practice of yoga and those she teaches. And just as importantly, Aubrey brings a sense of fun and light-heartedness to her classes. I can't help but have a smile on my face at the end of each and every class! Namaste!

Megan's Anusara influenced class is both challenging and invigorating, and yet she manages to make it fun as well. She is knowledgeable and passionate about her Yoga craft and brings an inspiring attitude to every session. Her patience and artful instruction have made each class a delight to attend, and in a few short months have helped to turn me into an avid fan – of Yoga, Anusara, and Megan.

Aubrey--an old soul in a young beautiful body. I am a 69 year young woman and Aubrey gives me just what I need to stay active and look fine. Aubrey's viniyoga class is perfect therapy and workout combination. She acccomodates for every participant. We work on what the class requests; on the spot therapy. Aubrey approaches life as play, laughs easily, and manages to sneak in a strenuous and safe practice. When the class ends we look at each other smiling and say, "what was that?" With Aubrey yoga is easy cheesy.

Aubrey, is fantastic - very professional and knowledgeable. I am a yoga beginner, and within 3 months have noticed increased energy and flexibility, and now have a relaxing and enjoyable weekly activity. Aubrey has a unique ability to communicate technical maneuvers and positions. She also understands the biology of the body and can expertly gauge the limitations and potential of all body types.
