Now you and your family can do yoga together and teach eachother how to move through postures, breath, relax , and play too. We welcome kids and adults. (3-11yrs) First Sunday of the month 1:00-1:45pm.
Have a Toddler? Try Toddler Open Gym A safe and fun place to run, jump, stretch and socialize with little ones and adults too. There will be cirlce times, games, lead instruction, and plenty of free play. A great place to be when its rainy outside. (1 to 4yrs) Tuesdays 9:30-11:30until Feb. 7
Thursdays 10:00-11:30 Beginning Feb. 16
In this fun and active class students will explore traditional yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation through literature, music, creative art and more! We will build strength, self-awareness, balance and concentration through imaginative play. Students will take the yogic form of plants and animals and travel to far away lands as we explore such topics as compassion, empathy, inner strength, peace and stewardship.
(Ages 3 to 6) Mondays 4:15-5:00pm
Moms or Dads bring your little one and do yoga. This class is designed to give parents a place to connect with other parents and babies and at the same time fitting in a little time to do yoga. You will learn to do postures with and without your baby. By taking care of your body and mind you will be a better parent to that little bundle of joy. (Newborn to 18months)
