Mercy found yoga in 2000, and soon thereafter met her teacher Sarah Powers, who introduced her to Yin Yoga and Buddhist meditation. She completed her first teacher training with Powers and Paul Grilley in 2004, and soon after began teaching Yin Yoga at Eight Limbs Yoga on Capitol Hill. Since then, she has birthed and homeschooled two daughters, moved back and forth across the country, worked in non-profit Community Outreach, all the while maintaining her commitment to Awakening through breath, mind, and body practices, including Ecstatic Dance which she fell in love with along the way. Mercy continues to immerse herself in yoga and meditation, completing two more teacher trainings with Sarah Powers and becoming a certified mindfulness meditation teacher through the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance. In addition to yoga and meditation, Mercy is an IFS Informed Coach, integrating Yin Yoga, mindfulness meditation, and psychological self-inquiry into her teachings and practice. www.practiceofmercy.com

Caitlyn discovered yoga at the age of 15 after being drawn to the movement and creative flow which she found similar to her favorite sport at the time, gymnastics. Mindfulness and relaxation were added benefits that soon became equally important in her practice. In 2015 Caitlyn completed her teacher training (RYT200) at Spira Power Yoga in West Seattle. She is also currently training to teach Reformer Pilates with Kara Krause at Innate Vitality. Caitlyn is also a Registered Nurse but currently spends most time with her son outside of teaching yoga. You can also find her at various yoga, barre and pilates classes where she is able to connect, get strong, and draw inspiration for her own classes. Caitlyn discovered a passion for anatomy, alignment and body awareness that she weaves through her classes with a mix of flow and fun.

200hr yoga teacher certified from Spira Power Yoga, Haley has always been an explorer of introspection. Through teaching yoga, she has come to realize that her life's mission is to bring peace to others through mindfulness, creativity, spirituality, and science. She thinks there is no greater human superpower than knowing the self deeply, and is so grateful to give and share moments of tranquility at Limber Yoga.

Kristen Gutierrez, MS, RYT, is a West Seattle-based mother to an energetic toddler as well as a perinatal yoga teacher and storyteller for health and wellness brands. Whether she’s wrangling her kiddo, digging up weeds in her unruly garden, gaping at mountains, or stopping to smell the flowers, yoga is the lens through which she examines it all. I, Liziah, received a Masters of Arts in Psychology from the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) and a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Cornish College of the Arts. I am a yoga teacher, trained at the 500 hour level through Whole Life Yoga and love teaching yoga to a variety of amazing students, including those with special needs. Years ago I had the vision to blend yoga with counseling to provide holistic healing and support to those seeking help and life change. This combination of holistic wisdom is what helped and continues to help me as someone in recovery from at times debilitating anxiety. I am a writer of poetry, stories and songs. I am humbled and honored to be on a conscious path of healing and inspired to help individuals and the world get better and live in more love and health.

Natalie found yoga (or maybe yoga found Natalie) when she was an insecure college student who was having frequent anxiety attacks. Yoga taught her to love and accept herself exactly as she was. It also gave her tools to manage stress and anxiety and increased her window of tolerance for doing hard things. Natalie became a yoga teacher to share its timeless healing power with people of any ability, age, ethnicity, size, or background. Natalie has been practicing yoga for 10 years and completed her RYT 200 in 2020 with The Grinning Yogi in Capitol Hill. She is a trauma-conscious teacher who truly believes that if you can breathe, then you can practice yoga. She looks forward to seeing you on the mat!

Tracy is a down to earth, playful teacher whose classes are filled with laughter and light. She loves to travel and spend time with family and friends – especially when they can get on their mats! Tracy has been leading movement and meditation classes in the PNW since 2013, sharing a powerful practice that she’s cultivated over 30 years.
