Breathing for Joy: A LifeSpark Breath Experience

Join Ryan and Juliana Patrick for a 2.5-hour Immersive Breathwork Experience designed to help you reconnect with your natural breath, regulate your nervous system, and restore balance in body and mind. This experience blends functional breathing awareness, gentle movement, nervous system education, and a guided breath journey designed to help you reconnect with the natural intelligence of your breath and body.

Participants explore how the breath can support resilience, clarity, emotional balance, and renewed energy, while learning simple breathing tools that can be integrated into everyday life -  in the yoga studio, at home, at work and wherever life takes you.  This session concludes with time for integration and optional journaling, allowing the body and nervous system to settle and absorb the experience. Participants often leave feeling lighter, more energized, and deeply connected. The music and breath can naturally awaken a sense of joy - and for some, that joy may express itself through movement or dancing.
No experience necessary – just curiosity and a willingness to breathe $65/investment to your well being.

Joy is not something we must chase. It is something we can remember.

Ryan & Juliana Patrick are the founders of LifeSpark Creative, a breath-based resilience and performance training practice that bridges functional breathing science with guided breath experiences.

Ryan is a Lieutenant firefighter-paramedic with more than two decades operating in high-stress environments where calm, focus, and breath control are critical. Through years of service and a personal search for healing, he discovered the breath as one of the most powerful tools humans have to regulate the nervous system, restore energy, and reconnect with self. Ryan is a certified Breath Mastery Practitioner trained under global breathwork pioneer Dan Brulé, as well as an Advanced Instructor through Oxygen Advantage with Patrick McKeown. His work spans the full continuum of  breath work - from functional breathing and respiratory physiology to deeper emotional and conscious breath practices. His background in emergency medicine gives him a unique ability to guide individuals through breath experiences with precision and safety, bringing a balanced approach to breathwork.
