Breathwork Retreat w/ Vajra
We are grateful to welcome Vajra Luz from Costa Rica for two special gatherings centered on breath, meditation, and connection. With 25 years of dedicated yoga and meditation practice, including five years as a renunciant monk in a traditional yogic ashram, Vajra offers teachings that are both deeply rooted and accessible. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with a compassionate understanding of the challenges and opportunities of modern life.
These workshops are an invitation to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and remember the importance of community. Whether through practices that cultivate inner and outer peace or through learning how breath and meditation support the nervous system and emotional well-being, each gathering offers a space for reflection, healing, and shared presence.
You are welcome to attend either workshop on its own or experience both as a deeper journey into awareness, connection, and the stillness that lives within us all.
Investment to You:
Friday: $45
Saturday: $85
Fri & Sat: $111

Breathwork & Meditation for Inner & Outer World Peace
This gathering is an offering to support our beautiful world in a time of collective intensity and change. An invitation to slow down, reset, and reconnect from within through a systematic practice of activating breathwork, calming heart meditation, and a yoga nidra–informed metta practice. We will explore what arises in the body and emotions, and allow it to be processed safely with awareness. From this place, we extend loving-kindness inward to ourselves and then outward toward our families, communities, and the world. Let’s come together in a space of alignment, reflection, and shared connection. Tulsi Rose Tea will be served as a grounding and heart-warming infusion to support the practice.

The Still Point: Meditation & Breathwork Training
An exploration of meditation and breathwork as both ancient practices and modern nervous system medicine. This workshop is dedicated to understanding how conscious breathing influences the nervous system and emotional regulation, how meditation creates greater mental clarity and presence, and how these practices support a more empowered and integrated way of living. Through practical teachings, guided experiences, and group reflection, we explore a variety of techniques and their effects on the heart, mind, and body in real time, not just on the cushion, but as lived experience. Costa Rican cacao will be served as a heart-opening meditation to begin the session.
