Date With Your Tissue: Monthly Myofascial Release & Mobility
Give your body the attention it deserves. In this slow, exploratory class, we’ll use therapy balls, gentle pressure, and mindful movement to release tension in the fascia, the connective tissue that supports and connects everything in your body. Myofascial release helps hydrate tissue, improve mobility, and ease chronic tightness that stretching alone can’t reach. This class is slow, curious, and deeply restorative. Expect long pauses, guided exploration, lot of breathing and moments of surprising release. Leave feeling more spacious, relaxed, and connected to your body. This will be one of your favorite dates to put on the calendar.
