Embracing Death, Embracing Life
It's something inevitable to all beings, and something Westerners often fail to talk about. Join Haley on October 29 for a workshop on embracing death in order to embrace life more fully. With an acceptance of the end, we can live lives of compassion, abandon fear, and love relentlessly. We'll begin with discussion, meditation, and journaling, and conclude with a full themed yoga class starting in child's pose and ending in corpse pose. Bring a yoga mat, journal, and something to write with. Memento mori!
