Unwind & Uplift: Freedom for Neck, Shoulders & Breath

In this all-levels workshop, we’ll combine mindful movement, breathwork, and targeted myofascial release using Yoga Tune Up® balls to soften tight neck and shoulder muscles, open the chest, and support a healthy upper back. Leave feeling lighter, more spacious, and free to breathe fully.

Find balance, ease, and strength from the inside out. This workshop blends yoga, functional movement, and myofascial release with Yoga Tune Up® balls to support your hips, pelvis, and low back. Explore how supple core stability and pelvic alignment create freedom in movement and grounded confidence in posture. Leave feeling centered, supported, and joyfully at home in your body.

Build stability and freedom from the ground up. This workshop explores the vital connection between your feet, legs, and knees through yoga, mindful movement, and myofascial release with Yoga Tune Up® balls. Strengthen your thighs, free your knees, and awaken your feet to support powerful, balanced movement in every step. Leave feeling rooted, strong, and effortlessly aligned.

Aubrey Jackson
Aubrey Jackson is a yoga enthusiast. Her yoga journey began at the young age of 17 with Kundalini yoga. After many years of exploring other styles and incorporating yoga into her lifestyle she became a certified yoga instructor in 2004. Aubrey has a 500hr certification under Gary Kraftsow of the American Viniyoga Institute, 200hr certification with Tracy Weber of Whole Life Yoga, and Pre/Postnatal training with Colette Crawford of Seattle Holistic Center. Aubrey has logged many hours of teaching, trainings, and workshops. Aubrey loves working with all ages and levels of practitioners. She continues to deepen her knowledge of yoga by attending local classes and seminars. Opening Limber has been a way for Aubrey to share her knowledge and offer a place for everyone to cultivate a yoga practice that benefits the individual. Aubrey has a way of uplifting you and making you feel strong, confident, and at peace.
