Afterglow Breathwork w/Jenn Tucker
What is Breathwork?:
It is one of the kindest, sweetest ways to step into yourself and experience the magic of your own breath. Breathwork is an active meditation that deepens the connection of your mind, body, and spirit. Using conscious breathing patterns, we meld the left and right side of the brain and access the subconscious. Breathing is responsible for 70% of cleansing the body of toxins— Breathwork simulates the lymphatic system and helps detoxify the body by releasing carbon dioxide. This process helps uncover old thought patterns and beliefs, releases heavy emotions that are difficult to access in other ways, and rewires our nervous systems.
What to Expect:
While there are many types of Breathwork, I teach a lineage of Holotropic & Conscious Connected Breathwork that uses a continuous 2-part circular breath and a 3-part diaphragmatic breath pattern through the mouth while laying down. It is set to music (really good music - my dj skills are improving with every journey) for roughly 25 - 30 minutes of active breathing. We also use sounding to help release deeper emotions. The focus on these techniques allows us to create major shifts in a short amount of time. Each Breathwork journey is different and everyone's experience is the one they are meant to have - this is the beauty of this modality. Those who I have guided have found relief from anxiety, healing traumas and finding forgiveness for deep seated wounds, as well as energetic shifts and finding more love & gratitude for themselves, others and life as a whole.

Jenn Tucker
Jenn Tucker is a Certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Practitioner. She came to pranayama style breathwork via 20+ years of yoga practice, discovered Wim Hof along the way, but it was not until Jenn lived in Bali from 2019 - 2022 that she would discover Conscious Connected Breathwork. It was transformational for her during a time of her own deep healing. Jenn fell completely in love with this healing modality and was certified before leaving Bali by Jamie Janko of Rewild Breathwork under the lineage of John Paul Crimi out of Los Angeles. She is always evolving her journeys and has been sharing the science and magic of Breathwork in-person and online all over the USA since her return in August of 2022.
