Meet Your Therapists:

Karen Kraft, Acupuncture, Reflexology & Cupping

Picture
Karen Kraft, EAMP, RF (East Asian Medicine Practitioner and Reflexologist) graduated from the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine in 2002 with a Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (M.Ac.O.M).  She is licensed by the State of Washington, and is nationally certified by the NCCAOM in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine (Dipl.O.M.).  Her postgraduate studies included extensive training in Chinese herbal gynecology with a specialist in Melbourne, Australia, as well as additional training in dermatology and trauma.  In addition to her formal training, she has spent several years as a volunteer, providing care for low income populations in the U.S. and abroad.  In 2007 she volunteered at the birthing center in Indonesia, treating women in all stages of pregnancy, including prenatal care, labor preparation, post-term pregnancy, breech-positioned babies, labor, and postpartum care.  Karen has practiced acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine since 2003.  In 2014 she also completed the reflexology program at Seattle Reflexology & Massage Center and became certified as a reflexologist (RF).  Her acupuncture treatments integrate multiple modalities, including sliding cupping massage, tuina, and reflexology.  The combination of these modalities has a deep calming effect on the nervous system, which allows the body to relax, repair, and rearrange stagnant patterns.

Natasa Dragas, Massage Therapy

Picture
My name is Natasa Dragas but you can pronounce Natasha Dragash. I come from country that doesn’t exist anymore. I lived in Yugoslavia for 19 years but now is called Croatia. I have a background in nursing from Croatia. Once I arrived to United States in 1991, i decided to study art and psychology and received BofFA from St. Catherine University in MN. After quite a few years of soul searching and selling lots of art works, I decided that I love people and I love to help people. I can detect their pain and easily conduct it away. I have been massage therapist since 2006 and have dealt with so many different types of people, helping them with injuries, pains, grief and overall well being. I love that art and psychology is still part of my everyday work. Every massage is designed differently as I perceive everyone different from each other. I am constantly taking continuing education classes to learn new skills. I am quite drown to energy work and craniosacral therapy as well as myofascial and neurofascial work- dealing with nerves in particular. I love dealing with muscles but they are smart and even more stubborn than me so I had to figure it out and find the ways of calming the body, nerves and brain down. If you see me, you will experience my silicone cups, you will definitely get some aromatherapy incorporated into my sessions! Healing is part of my daily practice. I truly love what I do and you will find yourself in quite relaxed and comfortable place. Hope to see you soon!

Kelly Kalkwarf, Neurofeedback Therapy

Picture
In 2018, I started to have difficulties due to years of chronically elevated stress causing mental fog, disorganization, mood swings, poor sleep, digestive, and other physical discomforts like dermatitis and heart palpitations.
NeurOptimal® cleared the dense fog I was living in allowing me to think clearly,  even though my stressors didn't all go away. I felt relaxed, happy, and able to navigate life smoothly.
My own brain training has become more dynamic helping me break through barriers in so many aspects of my life. Helping me name and understand feelings and emotions again at a very profound level. I can see what is happening around me with a new perspective and greater understanding. I’m finding courage and a voice I didn’t know how to access before.
My next phase in life is to help others rediscover themselves. Offering Dynamical® neurofeedback with the NeurOptimal® system is a great fit to achieve this goal.
I’m so happy to be able to provide a service that gives people the opportunity to positively impact their own lives.
When you shine everyone around you can feel it!
