Conscious Breathing for Healing & Awakening
Breathwork is a means of inducing an altered state of consciousness through full and connected breathing. An energy charge is created in the body, and as the energy disperses, it serves to release, or to cleanse blockages, both physical and emotional. Possible experiences include; resolution and release of current problems, unresolved childhood wounds, birth memories, past life remembrances and stored trauma in the body. Many also experience encounters with the divine, transcendence of time or space, oneness experiences, deep peace, unconditional love and orgasmic states.
The process is gentle, safe, and loving and almost every person will have a deep moving experience. As an added benefit, Breathwork is quite healthy for the body.

Ecstatic Dance (1st Fri of the month)
Ecstatic Dance is a free form of dance where we let go of judgement and free our bodies to move, open our minds, and connect with our most joyous soul. Held in a safe and sacred container, ecstatic dance allows us to access a natural state of flow and awareness, tapping into states of happiness and ecstasy through music and body movement. This conscious dance party will energize you from the inside out, come shake what your mama gave you, and awaken everything that needs to get moving and grooving.

Gong Bath Yoga
Relax and Renew with an afternoon of restorative breath-centric Yoga and an extended Gong Bath meditation. The gongs will be continuously played during the yoga practice. Together these two healing modalities, yoga & gongs, will do wonders for you physically and emotionally.
Magical Yoga Workshops
Take some time for yourself to transition through change of seasons. In these magical workshops Natalie will guide through gentle yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, visualization, and journaling. Mark the day or celebration together in ritual and with intention.
Stretch & Fly Yoga Dance (2nd Sunday of the month)
Stretch and Fly Yoga Dance is a unique, empowering, movement practice that combines simple dance moves and yoga. Experience original choreography that blends flowing movement and dynamic stillness.Each Stretch and Fly routine has a theme intended to evoke various expressions of our human experience.
Yoga Nidra (Last Sunday of the month)
The term Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping and is a form of meditation. This class begins with gentle movement, then you'll create a rest nest with yoga props in the studio or pillows and blankets at home, and get into your most comfortable, cozy position while you listen to a guided meditation.
Yoga Sound Bath w/ Daniella White & Liziah
Welome back Daniella and Liziah! Liziah will guide a nourishing all levels yoga flow while Daniella plays her crystal bowls and gong. Daniella will then invite us into a Sound Bath while we rest in savasana. This is a healing and deeply relaxing, transformative experience. Bring an intention to work with, something positive to support your growth and well-being.
Yin Yoga & Self Healing
During this 2 hour workshop we will practice Yin Yoga and IFS (Internal Family Systems), an evidence-based model for psychospiritual healing. The quiet and receptive quality of a Yin practice is a perfect modality to listen and learn about IFS, all the while nourishing our bodies and connecting with our SELF, what IFS refers to as the compassionate spiritual center that is present in all of us. Then, from this healing place of SELF, we can use IFS practices to explore some of the ways that we limit ourselves, whether it’s with negative self-talk, judgment of ourselves or others, self-doubt, or any of the other ways of relating that cause psychological suffering.
