Workshop: A time to focus & absorb a method, technique, or discovery.
Afterglow Breathwork
Breathwork is one of the kindest, sweetest ways to step into yourself and experience the magic of your own breath. Breathwork is an active meditation that deepens the connection of your mind, body, and spirit. Using conscious breathing patterns, we meld the left and right side of the brain and access the subconscious. Breathing is responsible for 70% of cleansing the body of toxins— Breathwork simulates the lymphatic system and helps detoxify the body by releasing carbon dioxide. This process helps uncover old thought patterns and beliefs, releases heavy emotions that are difficult to access in other ways, and rewires our nervous systems.
Conscious Breathing for Healing & Awakening
Breathwork is a means of inducing an altered state of consciousness through full and connected breathing. An energy charge is created in the body, and as the energy disperses, it serves to release, or to cleanse blockages, both physical and emotional. Possible experiences include; resolution and release of current problems, unresolved childhood wounds, birth memories, past life remembrances and stored trauma in the body. Many also experience encounters with the divine, transcendence of time or space, oneness experiences, deep peace, unconditional love and orgasmic states.
The process is gentle, safe, and loving and almost every person will have a deep moving experience. As an added benefit, Breathwork is quite healthy for the body.

Dance of the Fall Eqinox
Join us for a Ceremony and Celebration honoring the longest day of the year!
Through dance we access a state of flow and awareness, tapping into the body’s natural intelligence for healing. When held in a safe and sacred container, this potent healing potential is amplified. Held on the longest day of the year, the Dance of the Summer Solstice will allow us to celebrate the glorious light that is present as well as the hold space for the shadows that come with it.
There is no light without darkness, no darkness without light.
May this conscious movement practice bring healing and integration of shadow and light for us individually and collectively.

Tea Ceremony
Come join us in a practice of mindfulness, gratitude, and tea as we shed the thick blankets of
winter and welcome in the rejuvenating energy of Spring.
Cha Dao translated as the way of tea in Chinese, is an ancient practice that integrates tea as a
plant, beverage, medicine, and ritual. The dao invites us to live our lives in harmony with nature,
respecting the lineage of the trees and leaves, slowing down to be present with tea, and
recognizing the chi exchange with each bowl and every sip. The ceremony we’ll be using
during this workshop is based on the style developed by Wu De (born Aaron Fisher) founder of
Global Tea Hut.
