Gong Bath Yoga
Relax and Renew with an afternoon of restorative breath-centric Yoga and an extended Gong Bath meditation. The gongs will be continuously played during the yoga practice. Together these two healing modalities, yoga & gongs, will do wonders for you physically and emotionally.
Yoga Sound Bath w/ Daniella White & Liziah
Welome back Daniella and Liziah! Liziah will guide a nourishing all levels yoga flow while Daniella plays her crystal bowls and gong. Daniella will then invite us into a Sound Bath while we rest in savasana. This is a healing and deeply relaxing, transformative experience. Bring an intention to work with, something positive to support your growth and well-being.
Magical Samhain Yoga Workshop
Take some time for yourself before the business of the holiday season. As we enter into the darkest time of the year, this workshop offers time to reflect, release, and connect. We'll mark this halfway point between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice together through gentle yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, visualization, and journaling.
Intro to Meditation & Mindfulness (4wks)
You may have an idea of what meditation and/or mindfulness is. Perhaps you picture someone sitting peacefully on a little pillow, cross legged with hands in some sort of perfect pinch formation, and a slight smile on their face. Ahhhh almighty bliss, zen, enlightenment. Must be nice.
You may also have heard that regular meditation practice can bring about many wondrous benefits: feeling less stressed and more focused, increased productivity and improved performance, better sleep, and lower blood pressure. That and more is all possible and super duper great (if and when it happens), but that’s not really the purpose of mindfulness.
