Gong Bath Yoga
Relax and Renew with an afternoon of restorative breath-centric Yoga and an extended Gong Bath meditation. The gongs will be continuously played during the yoga practice. Together these two healing modalities, yoga & gongs, will do wonders for you physically and emotionally.
Grief & Well Being Circle
Join us the first and third Friday of the month 12-1:15pm to connect together in our grief journey. We will share our stories and experiences and work with Yoga Philosophy Teachings, Mediation and Breath Practices.
Bring an item for a group altar, a journal and pen too. And feel free to bring a snack/lunch.

The Meditation Circle is an opportunity to gather in community for meditation, sharing, and Dharma inspiration. This is for students who have some meditation experience- if you are brand new to meditation, please consider taking the Intro to Mindful Meditation series below, offered quarterly.

Yoga & Creativity is a monthly class to help you reconnect with your creative spark and embrace self-expression through gentle movement, mindful making, and meaningful conversation in community.
Each class will have 30 minutes of gentle yoga, 30 minutes of creative time, and 15 minutes of small group reflection on a guided prompt about creativity.
