Presence to Your season: Tune into what's important
Friday Jan 31, 9:30-2:30pm
A month into the new year let's get present to what is needed now for you to be nourished and inspired to do the things that really bring you joy and peace. We will move our bodies with gentle-powerful yoga, meditate, create ritual and honor silence, reflection and community.
In the many retreats held by Jenny and Aubrey, we always create space for connection, laughter, tears, healing, and more as we plug in together.
Gather with us and like minded souls for five hours of hat designing, play, yoga, conversation and growth as we connect to our body, minds and spirits, leaving the chaos and crazy behind. Come set down your worries and remember what a gift it is to make time for yourself.
Aubrey shares her knowledge of breath, body awareness, play and tips to roll out tight places in your body. Jenny reminds you that your wisdom is within. And both hold space for you to replenish, recharge and ultimately refill.

Aubrey Jackson is a yoga enthusiast. Her yoga journey began at the young age of 17 with Kundalini yoga. After many years of exploring other styles and incorporating yoga into her lifestyle she became a certified yoga instructor in 2004. Aubrey has a 500hr certification under Gary Kraftsow of the American Viniyoga Institute, 200hr certification with Tracy Weber of Whole Life Yoga, and Pre/Postnatal training with Colette Crawford of Seattle Holistic Center. Aubrey has logged many hours of teaching, trainings, and workshops. Aubrey loves working with all ages and levels of practitioners. She continues to deepen her knowledge of yoga by attending local classes and seminars. Opening Limber has been a way for Aubrey to share her knowledge and offer a place for everyone to cultivate a yoga practice that benefits the individual. Aubrey has a way of uplifting you and making you feel strong, confident, and at peace.
Jenny Gwinn McGlothern, founder and owner of Mama Needs a Refill, a retreat and life coaching business, has been leading retreats since 2010 and believes that you can't pour from an empty cup. As she began to make her own needs a priority by filling her own cup, first, she became a Certified Transformational Master Life Coach in 2012. She was Lead Facilitator from 2013 to 2019 at Seattle Life Coach Training, has been the onsite coach at the famous Golden Door spa in California, continues to coach her private clientele around the world by phone, and loves creating retreats and workshops for the needs of the attendees. She created a mindfulness tool – The Anchored Deck – which you can find at www.mamaneedsarefill.com.
I am a believer in caring for our soul and that is what I refer to as our cup. This is what matters in life, this is where the juiciness dwells. If this journey of coaching, training, guiding and facilitating a thousand or more souls while nurturing my own has taught me anything it has opened my eyes to the realization that as mothers we get to care for our needs and when we do so the entire family benefits. As women, we get to teach our children the vital necessity of practicing soul care. And as human beings, we collectively are a ripple of love, joy, and peace when we value and prioritize our needs, dreams, goals, and desires.
