Toddler Yoga Play 1-4yrs (Is Back IN-STUDIO come PLAY!)
Are you ready to come back into the studio for some fun and playful yoga/movements? Get your little one and yourself dressed ready to play, stretch, breathe, and dance. I will guide you and your kiddos through songs, yoga, dance and fun movements and end with a brief animal meditation relaxation. Toddlers need room to move and groove and we need to learn to roll and flex right along with them.
All adults will need to show their proof of vaccination before participating in class.

Taught by, Aubrey Jackson
Aubrey Jackson is a yoga enthusiast. Her yoga journey began at the young age of 17 with Kundalini yoga. After many years of exploring other styles and incorporating yoga into her lifestyle she became a certified yoga instructor in 2004. Aubrey has a 500hr certification under Gary Kraftsow of the American Viniyoga Institute, 200hr certification with Tracy Weber of Whole Life Yoga, and Pre/Postnatal training with Colette Crawford of Seattle Holistic Center. Aubrey has logged many hours of teaching, trainings, and workshops. Aubrey loves working with all ages and levels of practitioners. She continues to deepen her knowledge of yoga by attending local classes and seminars. Opening Limber has been a way for Aubrey to share her knowledge and offer a place for everyone to cultivate a yoga practice that benefits the individual. Aubrey has a way of uplifting you and making you feel strong, confident, and at peace.

Do I need to sign up before coming to class?
It is best to sign-up before coming to your first class. We ask you to create an online profile for you and your child(ren) so we can best serve you. Is it okay to bring my non-walking 1yr old? Yes. We try to accommodate non-walkers and walkers alike. Is it okay to bring a baby-in-arms along with my toddler? Yes. We try and place sleeping babies in a safe space and you are always welcome to carry your baby on you while play with your toddler. |
