Toddler Yoga Play 1-4yrs
Bring your little one and yourself dressed ready to play, stretch, breathe, and dance. The first 15mins of class will be free play and then we will transition into a 30min yoga play and finish off with a dance, a book, and or more free time. Toddlers need room to move and groove and we need to learn to roll and flex right along with them. (Ages 1-4)
Mondays Taught by, Julia Tobiska
Julia discovered the joy of yoga in the summer of 2006 while living in Boulder and studying opera at the University of Colorado. Four years later, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at CorePower Yoga in Power Vinyasa/Flow (with Jason Bowman & Derise Diatta) and has been teaching (and growing!) ever since. Julia believes that yoga is not an escape but rather a vehicle to self-exploration and self-empowerment. Trained originally in the Vinyasa style, her practice is also informed by both Hatha and Iyengar traditions. Recently certified to teach Trauma Sensitive Yoga (with David Emerson), she understands the powerful effects of feeling fully embodied. In Julia’s classes, students will be invited to explore their hearts, minds and bodies and the relationship between these, to be gentle with themselves, and to always return to the breath.
Wednesdays Taught by, Aubrey Jackson
Aubrey Jackson is a yoga enthusiast. Her yoga journey began at the young age of 17 with Kundalini yoga. After many years of exploring other styles and incorporating yoga into her lifestyle she became a certified yoga instructor in 2004. Aubrey has a 500hr certification under Gary Kraftsow of the American Viniyoga Institute, 200hr certification with Tracy Weber of Whole Life Yoga, and Pre/Postnatal training with Colette Crawford of Seattle Holistic Center. Aubrey has logged many hours of teaching, trainings, and workshops. Aubrey loves working with all ages and levels of practitioners. She continues to deepen her knowledge of yoga by attending local classes and seminars. Opening Limber has been a way for Aubrey to share her knowledge and offer a place for everyone to cultivate a yoga practice that benefits the individual. Aubrey has a way of uplifting you and making you feel strong, confident, and at peace.

Do I need to sign up before coming to class?
It is best to sign-up before coming to your first class. We ask you to create an online profile for you and your child(ren) so we can best serve you.
Is it okay to bring my non-walking 1yr old?
Yes. We try to accommodate non-walkers and walkers alike.
Is it okay to bring a baby-in-arms along with my toddler?
Yes. We try and place sleeping babies in a safe space and you are always welcome to carry your baby on you while play with your toddler.
