Express Yourself: A mini-retreat for your soul
Friday May 20 9:30-2:30pm

Do you end the day drained, not because of what you did do but because of what you didn't do? You do enough already. But what about for yourself? How about listening to that other part of you that wants to be heard? When we ignore any parts of ourselves we can feel frustrated, bored, unfulfilled and scratching our heads wondering, what else? We are born with dreams and gifts inside of us that want to be expressed. Through meditation, deep listening, yoga, creativity and ritual let's shine a light on what wants to come through you. When we shut down our joy, tears, creativity and innate goodness we are blocking the life that wants to be born through us. In our intimate circle we provide space for you to reflect, have a one-on-one with Aubrey or Jenny, and honor what wants your attention. Let's discover what being fully self-expressed can mean for each of us individually.
As we get present physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually who knows what will get uncovered. We may dance like no one is watching, sing like we want to, and delight in unearthed discoveries. Join us for five hours of reflection, laughter, song, poetry, yoga, guided meditation, ritual, rejuvenation, 1:1 with Aubrey or Jenny and more as you rest and replenish in the community of like minded women.

Rooted: A mini-retreat for your soul
Friday Sept 30 9:30-2:30pm

The summer sun has set, the kids are back in school, and often September is a new beginning. Join us to become rooted in body, mind and spirit. Through yoga, creating and discovering meaningful rituals, one-on-one with Aubrey and Jenny. Let's spread our roots and become more rooted and connected.
Together we will move our bodies, quiet our minds, open our hearts and connect to what wants to be acknowledged. When we allow ourselves to pay attention to what matters instead of getting caught up in the noise around us we emerge more present with ourselves and others. Not only do we emerge more present to ourselves and others we are more capable and ready for what comes our way. If we have solid roots we can weather any storm!
Aubrey shares her knowledge of breath, body awareness, play and tips to roll out tight places in your body. She hopes that you will walk away feeling more focused on the things that bring you joy and more connected to your body. Jenny holds space for you to rejuvenate as you learn tools that you can use daily to align and refill. She believes your wisdom is waiting within and she is excited for you to tap into it.
Your five hour ROOTED mini-retreat offers yoga, guided meditation, creativity, reflection, ritual, 1:1 with Aubrey & Jenny and more as you rest and replenish in the power of circle.

Aubrey has a way of uplifting you and making you feel strong, confident, and at peace.
Jenny Gwinn McGlothern, founder and owner of Mama Needs a Refill, a retreat and life coaching business, has been leading retreats since 2010 and believes that you can't pour from an empty cup. As she began to make her own needs a priority by filling her own cup, first, she became a Certified Transformational Master Life Coach in 2012. She was Lead Facilitator from 2013 to 2019 at Seattle Life Coach Training, has been the onsite coach at the famous Golden Door spa in California, continues to coach her private clientele around the world by phone, and loves creating retreats and workshops for the needs of the attendees. She created a mindfulness tool – The Anchored Deck – which you can find at www.mamaneedsarefill.com.
I am a believer in caring for our soul and that is what I refer to as our cup. This is what matters in life, this is where the juiciness dwells. If this journey of coaching, training, guiding and facilitating a thousand or more souls while nurturing my own has taught me anything it has opened my eyes to the realization that as mothers we get to care for our needs and when we do so the entire family benefits. As women, we get to teach our children the vital necessity of practicing soul care. And as human beings, we collectively are a ripple of love, joy, and peace when we value and prioritize our needs, dreams, goals, and desires.
