Let's Begin: A Mini-Retreat for your Soul
Friday Mar 22, 9:30-2:30pm
Spring has sprung, you are starting to feel like yourself again and you are ready for new beginnings, fresh starts, and to dance among your newly planted ideas and inspiration. Join us for a part of a day to listen to what you are ready to plant, birth, ignore or pay attention to as we gather in Circle. Let's discover the benefits of mindfulness, ritual, yoga, contemplation, unplugging from life to plug into ourselves. Gather with us and like minded souls for five hours of moving our bodies and opening our hearts as we listen and reconnect within unplugging and discovering through creativity, reflection, yoga, meditation, journaling and private one-on-one sessions with Aubrey and Jenny and much more.
When we allow ourselves to unplug from our responsibilities and worries we can plug into the wisdom that awaits. Let's quiet the noise in our heads to learn what seeds are ready to be planted.
Aubrey shares her knowledge of breath, body awareness, play and tips to roll out tight places in your body. She hopes that you will walk away feeling more focused on the things that bring you joy and more connected to your body. Jenny holds space for you to replenish as you learn tools that you can use daily to align and refill. She believes your wisdom is waiting within and she is excited for you to tap into it.

Listen: A Mini-Retreat for your Soul
Friday Sept 13, 9:30-2:30pm
Do you hear what I hear? Only you can hear it, the wisdom within you, but first you must pause to notice and step into awareness. You do everything for everyone, it is now your time.
When we allow ourselves to unplug from our everyday responsibilities and plug into only carrying for ourselves, we are making room for light, love, joy and more goodness to get in. For only five hours in one day, are you willing to do that? Let's slow down and ask ourselves the questions that matter. As we do so, we emerge more present to ourselves and others allowing us to be more capable and ready for what comes our way.
Women keep coming back to this Circle for connection and renewal. Jenny and Aubrey joined forces in November of 2021, so for over three years now, these Circles have provided a safe space for growth, healing, discovery, laughter and tears.

Lead by,
Aubrey Jackson & Jenny Gwinn McGlothern
Aubrey Jackson is a yoga enthusiast. Her yoga journey began at the young age of 17 with Kundalini yoga. After many years of exploring other styles and incorporating yoga into her lifestyle she became a certified yoga instructor in 2004. Aubrey has a 500hr certification under Gary Kraftsow of the American Viniyoga Institute, 200hr certification with Tracy Weber of Whole Life Yoga, and Pre/Postnatal training with Colette Crawford of Seattle Holistic Center. Aubrey has logged many hours of teaching, trainings, and workshops. Aubrey loves working with all ages and levels of practitioners. She continues to deepen her knowledge of yoga by attending local classes and seminars. Opening Limber has been a way for Aubrey to share her knowledge and offer a place for everyone to cultivate a yoga practice that benefits the individual. Aubrey has a way of uplifting you and making you feel strong, confident, and at peace.
Jenny Gwinn McGlothern, founder and owner of Mama Needs a Refill, a retreat and life coaching business, has been leading retreats since 2010 and believes that you can't pour from an empty cup. As she began to make her own needs a priority by filling her own cup, first, she became a Certified Transformational Master Life Coach in 2012. She was Lead Facilitator from 2013 to 2019 at Seattle Life Coach Training, has been the onsite coach at the famous Golden Door spa in California, continues to coach her private clientele around the world by phone, and loves creating retreats and workshops for the needs of the attendees. She created a mindfulness tool – The Anchored Deck – which you can find at www.mamaneedsarefill.com.
I am a believer in caring for our soul and that is what I refer to as our cup. This is what matters in life, this is where the juiciness dwells. If this journey of coaching, training, guiding and facilitating a thousand or more souls while nurturing my own has taught me anything it has opened my eyes to the realization that as mothers we get to care for our needs and when we do so the entire family benefits. As women, we get to teach our children the vital necessity of practicing soul care. And as human beings, we collectively are a ripple of love, joy, and peace when we value and prioritize our needs, dreams, goals, and desires.
