BREATHE: A Mini-Retreat for your Body, Mind, & Spirit
Friday Nov 15, 9:30-2:30pm
The shops are already decorating for Christmas, your heart is back on the beach, social media is telling you to buy for the holidays, you just got over a cold, and you are not sure which end is up. What a perfect time to pause, find your center, re-anchor and find your breath.
Let's discover the benefits of community, ritual, yoga, contemplation, unplugging from life to plug into ourselves, stillness and exhale together. Gather with us and like minded souls for five hours of moving our bodies and opening our hearts as we connect to our breath and disconnect from the crazy. We will lean into creativity, reflection, meaningful conversation, laughter, yoga, meditation, journaling and receive a private one-on-one session with Aubrey or Jenny and much more.
When we allow ourselves to reconnect to what matters and disengage from our responsibilities and worries we can plug into the wisdom that awaits. Let's quiet the noise in our heads and the world and find the wisdom of our breath.
Aubrey shares her knowledge of breath, body awareness, play and tips to roll out tight places in your body. She hopes that you will walk away feeling more focused on the things that bring you joy and more connected to your body. Jenny holds space for you to replenish as you learn tools that you can use daily to align and refill. She believes your wisdom is waiting within and she is excited for you to tap into it.

Jenny Gwinn McGlothern, founder and owner of Mama Needs a Refill, a retreat and life coaching business, has been leading retreats since 2010 and believes that you can't pour from an empty cup. As she began to make her own needs a priority by filling her own cup, first, she became a Certified Transformational Master Life Coach in 2012. She was Lead Facilitator from 2013 to 2019 at Seattle Life Coach Training, has been the onsite coach at the famous Golden Door spa in California, continues to coach her private clientele around the world by phone, and loves creating retreats and workshops for the needs of the attendees. She created a mindfulness tool – The Anchored Deck – which you can find at www.mamaneedsarefill.com.
I am a believer in caring for our soul and that is what I refer to as our cup. This is what matters in life, this is where the juiciness dwells. If this journey of coaching, training, guiding and facilitating a thousand or more souls while nurturing my own has taught me anything it has opened my eyes to the realization that as mothers we get to care for our needs and when we do so the entire family benefits. As women, we get to teach our children the vital necessity of practicing soul care. And as human beings, we collectively are a ripple of love, joy, and peace when we value and prioritize our needs, dreams, goals, and desires.
