Don't have time for a full weekend or week away then this day retreat is for you. Let's set aside space for your creative selves to replenish. You are invited to nourish your body, mind and spirit. Aubrey shares her knowledge of breath, body awareness, play and tips to roll out tight places in your body. She hopes that you will walk away feeling more focused on the things that bring you joy and healing, to be more connected to your body. Jenny holds space for you to replenish as you learn tools that you can use daily to align, recalibrate and refill. She believes your wisdom is waiting within and she is excited for you to tap into it.
