Limber Babies: Taking care of you so you can take care of them.
A yoga class for you and your baby. Connect with your new body, your mind, and your baby through postures that will strengthen, increase flexibility, and well being. In every class we will spend time on shoulders, back, core, and breath connection. This class offers you a safe space to share about your discoveries, your challenges and honors the importance of self-care. Your baby will enjoy being with others and benefit watching your take care of you and in turn taking care of them.

Frequently Asked Questions
How old does my baby need to be?
You can come to class as soon as you are ready to get out of the house. Often women will wait until they have their 6 week appointment with their midwife or doctor. But every woman, parent, and baby is different.
Can I bring my baby if they are crawling or walking?
Yes. I will set the room up with appropriate toys and space for babies to roam and for those tiny babies to be out of harms reach.
Is this a postnatal class?
Yes. Limber Babies is designed for both mom and baby. We will focus on postures that help build and regain core strength and postures that relieve tension and stress from the daily challenges of having a baby.
How do babies like class?
Every baby is different but most babies love being involved in whatever you do. I help incorporate babies into class as much as possible. Often we sing songs, move their bodies with ours, and learn to breathe together.
Can I nurse/feed my baby during class?
Absolutely. Please bring whatever you need to make your babies experience the best it can be. Some babies will sleep through the whole class, nurse most of the time, play, fuss, cry, smile, and or relax. As a teacher I am here to instruct you and be a pair of helping hands.
