CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 4 ways to take classes

1. Studio Classes:
Registration: Sign up in advance to secure your spot
Arrival: Please arrive at the studio 5-10mins early

2.  Livestream Classes:
Participation: Enroll to join live sessions via zoom from the comfort of your home.
Flexibility: If you can't attend live, 
enjoy the recorded session at your convenience for 72hrs.

3. Recorded (2-for-1) Classes:
Availability: When instructors are 
unavailable, we offer two pre-recorded classes for the price of one.
Access Duration: You will have 72hrs to access these recordings. 

4. On-Demand Library:
​Access Options: Purchase a day pass or month unlimited subscription.
Convenience: Enjoy our extensive livery anytime, anywhere. 


SCHEDULE

Class Descriptions

All Levels: A class that accommodates the beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioner. This class encourages students to be mindful and work at their own pace. You will be guided through  yoga postures and breath work with options to increase or decrease challenge. We hope that you will walk away with a great sense of self awareness, energy and love for yourself and others. 
 All Levels & Meditation: In these class offerings, we’ll incorporate yoga poses to prepare the body for meditation, breathing exercises to deepen your body to breath connection, and seated meditation to cultivate presence of the mind to the moment. Wherever you are in your experience of being embodied, this class will guide you towards mindfulness, compassion, and kindness for yourself and others. Meditation is the heart of yoga.
 All Levels & Reset: We all need a reset from time to time! This is a perfect class to end the week and reset for the weekend.  In this class we will work with all levels  flowing asana, deep stretching, meditation and visualization to support releasing tension, connecting to our emotional selves with  acceptance and  compassion, and calming our spirit to allow space for more ease and joy. ​
Beginner: Cultivate strength and flexibility through the practice of foundational yoga poses.  Learn to breathe with awareness and move with mindfulness. You do not need to be able to touch your toes, you just need a curiosity of your body and the willingness to quiet your mind and better your spirit. 
Empower Flow Yoga:
Join this flowing practice to connect with your power and feel it growing from the inside out. All levels, ages, and abilities welcome. We will incorporate mindful movement, breath, and music as we flow together during this class. Come to be challenged, be supported, and experience joy on your mat! 
Flow & Meditation: 
Together, we will take time to slow down our body and mind by moving through a sequence of asanas. Each pose will be held longer over several rounds of breath. Although we are moving slowly, we will access the magnificent strength and power that is within each of us. Props are incorporated to make this practice accessible for you in that exact moment. This slower paced class is geared to embody a sense of focus and calmness. We will close our practice by exploring different forms of meditation to compliment our slow flow, bringing us to a deeper state of awareness and peace. All levels of experience and ages are welcome! 
Limber Babies:  A yoga class for you and your baby.  Connect with your body, your mind, and your baby through postures that will strengthen, increase flexibility, and well being.  In every class we will spend time on shoulders, back, core, and breath connection.  This class offers you a safe space to share about your discoveries, your challenges and honors the importance of self-care.  Your baby will enjoy being with others and benefit watching you take care of you and in turn taking care of them.(Newborn to 18mos.)
Myofascial Release Yoga: 
This all levels practice will incorporate the use of yoga tune-up balls to hydrate your connective tissue, fascia. If you have areas in your body that feel stuck, stressed, and or shortened this class will feel like a bitter sweet massage. Each class will focus on a different area in the body and will include yoga poses, breath, and ball rolling.  This all-level practice will offer space for you to become a students of your body.  With the use of props and familiar postures, build the resilience of your body, mind, and breath in this inclusive and accessible practice.
Prenatal: Pregnancy is another journey in life and one that shows us how strong our bodies are and offers a woman the opportunity to nurture, slow down and to consciously welcome a new life.  Prenatal yoga offers postures to strengthen, to alleviate discomforts in low back, pelvis,  neck and shoulders, and positions that will help in labor too. Prenatal yoga is not just an adaptation of your usual yoga practice, it is a place to connect to your child, to your breath, to other women, and  your power to birth with knowledge and confidence.
Slow Flow: In this dynamic practice we will use breath to move mindfully through a flowing sequence of postures (asanas), transitioning with intention, strengthening our ability to be present. Through this slow, focused movement we are able to isolate our effort, creating balance from the inside out.  Be ready for a creative  and safe sequence. Come with a curious mind, an "I can" attitude and you will leave feeling accomplished and centered. This is an all-levels class, and btw - slow does not mean easy! 
Strength & Stability: Join this  this all levels class to connect with your inner strength and feel it continue to grow from the inside out. We will incorporate asana (postures) focused on increasing strength, flexibility, and stability, with fun, safe, and dynamic movements. Come with an open mind to be challenged, supported
and have fun! 
Toddler Yoga Play: Bring your little one and yourself dressed ready to play, stretch, breathe, and dance. The first 15mins of class will be free play and then we will transition into a 30min yoga play and finish off with a dance, a book, and or more free time. Toddlers need room to move and groove and we need to learn to roll and flex right along with them.  (Ages 1-4) 
Yin Yoga: 
Yin yoga, a quiet and contemplative practice, works into our body on a very deep level.  By holding floor poses passively and for longer periods (3-5 minutes), the connective tissues of the body - the ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascial networks - are targeted.  When attention is given to the connective tissue, circulation is increased, joint mobility is improved, and overall energy flow is refined, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. And with an emphasis on mindfulness, each pose can be treated as a mini meditation, encouraging deeper relaxation and calming the mind/body.
