With the support of your partner, build a personalized practice during pregnancy that eases you into a balanced, peaceful, and instinctual birth. These classes integrate the most powerful tools birthing persons are using for birth - movement and positioning, breathing, mindfulness and meditation, hypnosis, and Spinning Babies (maternal and fetal positioning).
Get your questions about pregnancy and birth answered while learning what comfort tools are best for you as an unique individual. Through the classes you will gain a deep understanding of the power of the mind and how to best utilize it during labor, as well as your body’s amazing anatomy and physiology.
Partners get hands on experience easing discomfort and relaxing you, building a toolkit they can draw on for pregnancy and labor. An entire 1.5 hr module is dedicated to teaching partners massage!

Couples Intensive Mind-Body-Breath Birth Class
Hypno-Yoga Birth Class Intensive will include condensed material from the 6-week series, including over an hour of massage for labor instruction by Diedra Rosedjadi, bodywork therapist. Come in comfortable clothes each day as we will be learning poses and movements, as well as breathwork and relaxation techniques.
Hypnosis for Birth Recordings will be included, as well as homework you can complete together at your own pace.

Megan Hoskinson
A love for the quiet that comes from moving the body led Megan through years of sports and into yoga. In her classes Megan emphasizes body and breath awareness to help students find much more than just a physical benefit from their practice. Megan's humor, compassion and encouragement help students- from prenatal, to toddlers, to adults - to practice the yoga that suits them best.
Megan has a 500hr certificate from Pacific Yoga. She continuously studies prenatal yoga and childbirth education with Colette Crawford and is certified to teach prenatal yoga. She also passionately studies philosophy, Yoga Nidra, and Sanskrit. Megan is guided by a love to help students gain a personal depth of understanding for different phases of life, illnesses, injuries and all imbalances that we all come across.
