Donation Yoga Class for Gaza
Join us for a heart-centered yoga practice where we will come together not only to nurture our own well-being but also to extend our compassion and generosity towards those in need. In this special class, we will unite movement, breath, and meditation to create a space of peace and generosity.
🕊️ Date: Friday, April 26th
🧘♀️ Time: 7 pm - 8:15 pm
📍 Location: Limber Yoga Studio or Zoom
This class is more than just a yoga session; it's an opportunity to make a difference. Limber teacher Natalie James is donating 100% of her portion of the proceeds of this class to Anera, a remarkable non-profit organization committed to aiding refugees and vulnerable communities affected by conflicts in Palestine, Lebanon, and Jordan. Anera's initiatives stem from grassroots solutions, fostering sustainable change and brighter futures for those they serve. Curious to learn more about the impactful work of Anera? Visit their website at https://www.anera.org/
Throughout the class, we'll explore various aspects of yoga, including movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dharana). Together, we'll cultivate mindfulness, inner strength, and a sense of interconnectedness. To conclude our practice, we'll immerse ourselves in an extended shavasana, allowing deep relaxation and integration of our efforts on and off the mat.
All are welcome to join, regardless of experience level or ability. Your presence and contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference. Please feel free to donate as much or as little as feels right to you.
Let's come together in solidarity, compassion, and community. See you on the mat!

Taught by,
Natalie James
Natalie found yoga (or maybe yoga found Natalie) when she was an insecure college student who was having frequent anxiety attacks. Yoga taught her to love and accept herself exactly as she was. It also gave her tools to manage stress and anxiety and increased her window of tolerance for doing hard things. Natalie became a yoga teacher to share its timeless healing power with people of any ability, age, ethnicity, size, or background. Natalie has been practicing yoga for 10 years and completed her RYT 200 in 2020 with The Grinning Yogi in Capitol Hill. She is a trauma-conscious teacher who truly believes that if you can breathe, then you can practice yoga. She looks forward to seeing you on the mat!
