Practice for Gratitude
This class is our annual tradition of practicing yoga together before we go and feast with our family and friends, We will bring into our hearts and minds the things we are grateful for. This will be an all levels practice that has moments of flow, pauses to hold postures, and moments to breathe and reflect on the things that truly matter to you. As Eckhart Tolle says, "Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance." Invite your friends and family to join. This will be a hybrid event, IN-STUDIO & LIVESTREAM options.
