Stretch and Flow Yoga Dance is a unique, empowering, movement practice that combines simple dance moves and yoga. Experience original choreography that blends flowing movement and dynamic stillness.
Each Stretch and Fly routine has a theme intended to evoke various expressions of our human experience.
Classes are 75 minutes long. Class begins dancing and moving with bare feet and ends on the mat. This is an all levels practice.

I received a Masters of Arts in Psychology from the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) and a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Cornish College of the Arts. I am a yoga teacher, trained at the 500 hour level through Whole Life Yoga and love teaching yoga to a variety of amazing students, including those with special needs. Years ago I had the vision to blend yoga with counseling to provide holistic healing and support to those seeking help and life change. This combination of holistic wisdom is what helped and continues to help me as someone in recovery from at times debilitating anxiety. I am a writer of poetry, stories and songs. I am humbled and honored to be on a conscious path of healing and inspired to help individuals and the world get better and live in more love and health.
