Taught by, Kristen Tollini
Kristen Tollini is founder of Young Adult Yoga, LLC and a Registered Yoga Teacher. She completed her 200 RYT and an additional 100 hours in an accredited teen yoga course taught by Yoga Alliance International Master Teacher, Charlotta Martinus, and founder of the Teen Yoga Foundation in the U.K.
Kristen is excited to merge her love of yoga with her 25 years of experience as licensed mental health therapist and health advocate. She has served as a child behavioral consultant, a community outreach child and family therapist, clinical supervisor of a therapeutic afterschool program at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and is currently a leader in the field of health advocacy. Her passion is teaching our younger members of the community the skills to care for their physical and mental health.
