Myofascial Yoga 12: Be a Student of your Body
Are you ready to become a student of your body and to discover where, what and why your body feels, stores, and responds the way it does? Do you want to move and feel more freely and to be more present in your body and this life? In these 12 workshops we will explore your body from head to toe. Each workshop will consist of yoga poses to target and warm areas of the body that we will roll out using Yoga Tune-Up balls. My hope is you will become more knowledgeable of how your body moves and how you can release tight areas and build strength in a mindful way. Breath awareness will always be a part of each workshop and will be consistently cued. I encourage you to take the full series but will offer each class an an individual session. If you cannot make the class In-Person or Livestream the class will be available to all for one week after the day of class. My hope is you will take the class in real time and then revisit the practice at least once before our next session. All Levels and all practitioners are welcome.

Aubrey Jackson is a yoga enthusiast. Her yoga journey began at the young age of 17 with Kundalini yoga. After many years of exploring other styles and incorporating yoga into her lifestyle she became a certified yoga instructor in 2004. Aubrey has a 500hr certification under Gary Kraftsow of the American Viniyoga Institute, 200hr certification with Tracy Weber of Whole Life Yoga, and Pre/Postnatal training with Colette Crawford of Seattle Holistic Center. Aubrey has logged many hours of teaching, trainings, and workshops. Aubrey loves working with all ages and levels of practitioners. She continues to deepen her knowledge of yoga by attending local classes and seminars. Opening Limber has been a way for Aubrey to share her knowledge and offer a place for everyone to cultivate a yoga practice that benefits the individual. Aubrey has a way of uplifting you and making you feel strong, confident, and at peace.
